Settings
In the Countries game this country is asked region by region, with its internal borders drawn. Everywhere else is asked as a whole country. Only countries whose every region is in the game can be chosen.
Changes the room, not the globe. The globe keeps its dark sky in both themes — its terrain, borders and region colours are painted against black and would not survive being lightened. Shared with the rest of PlaySapien.

How to play
Five rounds of testing your knowledge of geography. One per day (for now), and an opportunity to learn something interesting about each location. Each round should be a little harder, and so, is worth a bit more. Have fun.
- 01Drag to spin the globe. Pinch or scroll to zoom in.
- 02Press and hold on the place you think it is. The ring fills, then your answer locks.
- 03Closer is worth more, and the right country is worth something even from far away.
A perfect run is 1000.
Why Sojourner
Named for Sojourner Truth, who was born Isabella Baumfree and renamed herself in 1843 — Sojourner because she was to travel up and down the land, Truth because she was to declare it. Library of Congress
The two globes
The emblem on the front page follows a chart W. E. B. Du Bois made for the Exhibit of American Negroes at the 1900 Exposition Universelle in Paris. He and his students and alumni at Atlanta University drew close to sixty charts, graphs and maps by hand, in ink and gouache, to set out the condition of Black America for a European audience. The opening plate of The Georgia Negro: A Social Study is a pair of hemispheres tracing the routes of the African slave trade, with Georgia starred.
